FAQ
What are points for and what can they be exchanged for?
Points bring students back to class and parents back to learning: they come for attendance, grades, streaks, monthly quests and family activity. They can be exchanged for a tuition discount (recorded in the payment automatically, with a limit), a free retake, a consultation and shop items. The school sets the rewards and prices.
What happens if I exceed the plan limit?
Nothing is deleted or blocked. When the limit is reached, you can’t add a new active student, branch or teacher — the system offers a higher plan. Archived students don’t count toward the limit; the trial month has no limits.
Does it work with Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. The Telegram bot writes to parents on behalf of the school and receives messages. WhatsApp Business and Instagram connect through the official Meta API: all conversations are in X Maktab in one window, new contacts become leads, and an auto-reply goes out after hours.
What happens when the free month ends?
The system reminds you 7 days ahead. Pay for a plan and enter the key — work continues. If you don’t pay, the system works with a warning for 3 days, then staff sign-in is suspended — the data is not deleted, and the director can download a backup.
Do I need a card for the free month?
No. You sign up and start working right away — no payment details are requested.
Where is the data stored?
On a subscription — in the browser of the computer where the cabinet is open, with password encryption and backups. In the server version — on your school’s server: you can work from several computers and phones, and the data stays with you.
Who sees the data? Do you?
Only your staff — within the rights of their position. We don’t access the student database: it is encrypted with your password. If you need help, the director shows the screen or sends a backup.
What if I forget the password or the computer breaks?
The system makes backups itself; the director saves them to a file or to the server and restores them on a new computer in a minute. Keep the director’s password safe: the data is encrypted with it, and without it nobody can open the data, not even us.
Won’t books and tests leak?
Every page has a watermark: the school logo, the student’s name and UID. A student sees only the current lesson. If a copy turns up, it’s clear who it came from.
Is the action history kept?
Yes, for 5 years. Every sign-in, change, payment and deletion — with time and employee. Only the director sees the log, and it can’t be changed.
Will you help move old data?
Yes, for free. Students, groups and debts load from Excel; send an export from another CRM — we’ll prepare it ourselves.
Do you sign a contract? Issue an invoice?
The basic contract is the public offer on the site: payment means accepting it. For legal entities we issue a paper contract, an invoice and an electronic tax invoice.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to the settlement account, via Paynet or to a card. After payment we send a license key — you enter it in the “Subscription” section.
How do the plans differ?
Only in the number of students and branches. Features are the same on every plan: passes, Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram, Paynet, SMS, tests, online lessons, documents and payroll.
What does the server version give?
One payment — a perpetual license. The first year of updates and help is free. After that, optionally — an update package for 6 months or a year; without a package the purchased version keeps working.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Daily work — schedule, roll call, payments — runs without the internet. The internet is needed only for SMS, Telegram, Paynet and online lessons.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is in Uzbek, Russian and English. For courses, groups and books you can set 16 teaching languages: English, German, Korean, Japanese, French and others.
Will you train the staff?
Yes. We’ll show the system in Telegram or on a video call; every section has “Help” — including who has access to what.
